Marlow is an app, not a website, so it sets no cookies and there is no tracking to consent to. What follows is the honest equivalent: everything Marlow keeps on this device, and why.
Your session — the token that keeps you signed in — is stored in the iPhone keychain, which is encrypted by the system and not readable by other apps. It is split across several keychain entries because a session is larger than the 2048 bytes a single entry allows.
Which circle you are currently looking at, which maps app you prefer for directions, whether you have finished the setup flow, and any half-filled onboarding form so that closing the app does not lose what you typed. The draft is cleared the moment the circle is created.
The paired phone keeps the current agenda in a file so that the day still shows with no signal. It holds appointment titles, times, addresses and driver names. It is deleted on sign-out, and anything older than 48 hours is ignored.
If the home-screen widget is added, the next appointment is written to a shared container so the widget can draw it without opening the app. It is cleared on sign-out.
Signing out clears the cached schedule and the widget copy. Deleting the app removes everything above. Deleting your account removes what is held on the server as well — see the privacy policy.
