Everything that's about access is free, permanently. No card, no trial clock, no expiry. Plus and Care are optional, and you pay for them through the App Store, so there's never a card on file with us.

These need a phone line and a carrier registration that isn't done. They're written here because they're what we're building next, not because you can buy them. There's no price on this card on purpose.
The rule, stated once
Marlow charges for cost and for pure convenience. It never charges for access, and never for inclusion.
The clearest test of that is circle size. Charging for the fourth sibling would mean charging a family to include someone, and that's the one thing that makes this kind of app worse than the group chat it replaced. Circle size is free, for good. If that ever changes, it'll be because somebody else is running this, and they'll owe you an explanation.
Nor does your parent's day ever go behind a paywall. Their schedule, their medicines and the reminder to take them, the widget, the card on their lock screen. All of that's free, permanently. They didn't sign up for anything, and the moment their day is a paid feature the whole design stops making sense.
One thing on their phone is part of Plus: Ask Marlow, which answers a tapped question like "what's happening today?" in a plain sentence. On a free circle it simply isn't there. No padlock, no price, nothing telling them about something they aren't getting. They're never shown a bill, which is the promise; the assistant is an extra on top of the day, not the day itself.
About the ride we can't book yet
When Marlow can book an outside ride, it will cost one flat fee for the round trip, plus the fare, shown before the ride is booked, on the free plan as much as the paid one. There's no per-minute meter and there never will be. That's the thing that leaves families with bills they were never shown.
We're naming the shape and not the number, because the feature isn't built and a price quoted for something you can't buy is exactly the practice this page exists to refuse.
Who gets charged, and when
Nobody, unless somebody in your circle actively chooses a plan. Billing goes through the App Store, so cancelling is Apple's cancel button, and there's no card on file with us to surprise you.
One subscription covers one circle, and anybody in it can be the one paying, not just whoever set it up. A second parent is half price. That's a billing unit, not a gate: nobody is charged for having two parents, and nobody is charged for the fourth sibling.
