Say which phone it happened on, roughly when, and what you expected instead. There is no crash reporter sending anything home, so your description is genuinely all there is to go on.

Their phone is not showing today's appointments
Check that the pairing is still active from your side, under the circle's settings. A phone that has been reset, or restored from a backup onto a new device, needs pairing again — the session lives on that specific phone by design.
The invitation link did nothing
Invitations are single-use and expire. If somebody had already opened it — or it had been sitting in a text thread for a while — send a fresh one; it costs nothing. Make sure they have installed Marlow first.
A sign-in code never arrived
Look in the spam folder for mail from hello@getmarlow.app. Codes expire, so request a new one rather than typing an old one. If it is still not arriving, write in with the address you are using.
Somebody claimed a ride and can't make it now
They can release it from the appointment, which puts it back to needing a driver where the whole circle can see it. That is the intended path — an unclaimed ride everyone can see beats a claimed one nobody is going to.
A notification never showed up
Push delivery is Apple's, and it is not guaranteed to anybody. Marlow will not tell you otherwise, and this is why the app is a coordination tool rather than a safety net. Worth checking that notifications are enabled for Marlow in iOS Settings, and that Focus or a schedule is not silencing them.
Deleting a circle, or getting your data out
Ask and it happens. Deleting a circle takes its appointments, rides and history with it.
Reporting something security-related
Same address, and it will be read the same day it is seen. Please include enough for it to be reproduced. Marlow's per-family isolation is enforced at the database and tested by trying to break it — but a test suite only covers the attacks somebody thought of.
